Website account privacy
Membership help and data requests
Adults can use Google, email and password, or personal access where available. Each person keeps their own sign in method. Verify an email before using it for account access. Keep your password private and sign out on shared devices.
Your private profile includes your name, country and region, chosen roles and interests, optional player age ranges and playing roles, adult and guardian declarations, consent records, and saved opportunity IDs. Keep child names and birth dates out of the adult profile. Where online family enrollment is open, a parent or legal guardian supplies the child’s preferred name and private birth date and signs the family authorization. Connecting existing records and resolving authority concerns require review. Do not enter schools, health details or precise addresses.
Your personal profile and saves are private. Authorized guardians can see the selected child’s profile, learning and progress. A teenager’s own verified login uses that same youth record. Guardian access ends at adulthood; adult acceptance is then required. For previous app invitation requests, designated administrators can review the contact email and profile summary attached to the request. New personal access does not require that application. A profile interest does not verify guardian authority, assign a coaching role or admit anyone to a squad.
Your membership and private learning records support the same signed in experience on the website and Titans app. Guardian permissions and team roles remain separately authorized.
You can edit your details and remove saved opportunities from your account. You can withdraw or delete an app invitation request there. Use My Titans workspace to download learning records or request a complete export, correction, account recovery or deletion review. Deleting a guardian’s login does not automatically delete a child’s separate membership. A pause preserves records for review; deletion follows the verified rights process. No marketing subscription is created automatically.

Keep exact birth dates, schools, direct contacts, precise future schedules, health, family finances and private assessments out of public profiles. Sponsor communication must go through responsible adults.
Concerns & responsible adults
For an existing activity, use that organizer’s established safeguarding route. Immediate danger requires local emergency services. Required external reporting must not wait for internal approval.
Before an activity opens
Each activity must publish privacy, safeguarding, media consent, participation, cancellation/refund and accessibility arrangements before enrollment. Include responsible contacts, review dates and a way to raise concerns.
An adult parent or legal guardian completes family enrollment from their own verified account. We store the child’s preferred name and birth date, your relationship declaration, your signed name, consent version and time, and the link between your membership and the child’s record. These details establish and manage membership and age appropriate access. A declaration is recorded as your authorization; it is not an independent identity check.
Children aged 13 or younger do not receive their own login. The adult manages their record and enters any saved information. Ages 14 to 17 can use their own verified email or personal access after guardian authorization. A shared contact email keeps each person’s membership and password separate. Their guardian can view their learning and progress. Do not share your password or let a child use your adult account. Guardian viewing is recorded in the child’s account activity. Device notifications require permission and may arrive later. Invitations can be shared through your messaging app without giving Titans a phone number.
Personal access stores a protected password proof, registered passkeys, a protected recovery code, expiring sessions and account activity. Device notifications store a push subscription, not a phone number. Email invitation links expire after 48 hours. Delivery records are removed after seven days and expired invitation records after 30 days. Membership and authorization records remain until the reviewed retention or deletion process applies.
These records are private to the member and authorized guardians. Authorized Titans operators and hosting providers may access information to operate the service, resolve requests or meet legal obligations. This authorization does not publish a child’s profile, subscribe them to marketing, grant a team role or authorize travel. Those activities need their own arrangements.
Use My Titans workspace to pause consent or request access, correction or deletion. A pause blocks access while preserving records for review. Complete export and deletion requests require an ownership review and may involve hosting backups. Membership help and data requests
When you register interest, your name, region, selected opportunity, general preferences and adult or guardian declarations are kept private. Titans administrators can review the response and your account email to follow up about that opportunity. No place, booking, payment, app access or marketing subscription is created by submitting interest.
View, withdraw or delete your responses in My account. Include only general player age ranges; do not submit child names, health details or precise private locations. Deleting your account removes your interest responses.

An authorized adult with a verified account and adult member profile may prepare a private provider draft. Your organization’s access must be activated before publishing. Published fields are the organization name, type, country, city or region, description and official website or social link. These fields are public, shareable and may appear in search results. Do not include child names, rosters, personal contact details, precise private locations or health information.
Your account ownership, legal entity name, provider category, authority declaration and provider access status are stored privately. Public profile names may differ from the legal entity name. Creating a profile does not verify a provider or create an endorsement. You can edit or unpublish your own presence; website administrators can hide inappropriate listings. Public descriptions are self described and are not verified endorsements. Personal app access is part of membership. Provider tools require organization activation; guardian and organization roles require separate authorization. Account deletion removes owned public presences.
Sharing a MatchIQ or Laws challenge does not share your answer. A Field IQ link includes the field, conditions and bowling plan you choose to share. These links do not include account details or identity, and no answers are added to a public player profile.
